This is my first Blog post. I've never blogged before but it's an option on my IGoogle Portal and I thought "what the heck" (actually there was a swear word involved but this IS my first post).


The set up was a piece of cake but when it asked what I wanted the title to be; I didn't think engineering, or even my current job of supply tech. I thought what/who am I and what would I like to Blog about? The most interesting thing about me is my family. I have a great family and I've written down many funny things the grandkids have said (and I guess now I have to find them).


At the same time I noticed that, in our hometown, I don't have a name. The other day, when I was at my daughter's convenience store,  I introduced myself as Stephanie's Mother and never corrected myself but that was ok because the lady didn't really care. She will probably remember Stephanie's Mother a lot faster than Sherry anyway. A few weeks before that, I was at my husband's work and introduced myself as Dale's Wife.


I'm not sure when I actually stopped using my name when introducing myself in the company of my family but I guess now my full name is:

Dale's Wife; Lori, Jennifer, Stephanie & Christy's Mom; Will, Austin, Kelly, Cody, Jascie, Matthew, Taylor & Morgan's Nana King.


But of course I'll still answer to Sherry...
